Standard Shipping Rates
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00 on all standard orders within the continental United States. Because carrier fees and transit times are significantly higher, we are currently unable to offer this flat rate to Hawaii and Alaska. We process and deliver most standard orders within 3 to 5 business days.

Free Shipping
Orders totaling $100 or more before taxes automatically qualify for free standard shipping. This offer applies exclusively to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Local In-Clinic Pickup
If you are nearby, we offer free local pickup at our physical clinic located at 26 Oleander St, Cocoa, FL 32922. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will send you an email notification as soon as your order is bagged and ready. We kindly ask that you check our current clinic hours before stopping by.
Refund & Return Policy
Physical Products
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed physical products within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will gladly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that opened or tampered products are not eligible for a refund.

Digital Products
Because digital wellness guides and e-books are delivered instantly, these purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
