Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online through our website at www.emeraldkeywellness.com or by contacting the clinic directly during business hours.

A valid payment method may be required to reserve appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss appointments without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times to avoid delays for other clients.

Refund Policy

Services already rendered are non-refundable.

Retail products and supplements may be eligible for exchange or return according to manufacturer guidelines.

Memberships & Packages

Any memberships, wellness packages, or prepaid services are non-transferable and subject to expiration terms if applicable.

Health & Safety

Clients experiencing contagious illness symptoms may be asked to reschedule appointments.
